Delete your account

You can delete your aravaa account and its data yourself in the app, or ask us to do it.

Option 1: in the app

  1. Open aravaa and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Under Account, tap Delete my account.
  4. Read the confirmation (“Delete your account?”) and tap Delete everything. Tap Cancel to keep your account.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If it fails, the app asks you to sign in again and retry (deleting an account needs a recent sign-in).

Option 2: by email

If you can’t open the app (new phone, lost access, app uninstalled), email hello@orithlabs.in with the subject “Delete my aravaa account”. Write from the email address you signed up with, or include the phone number on the account, so we can find and verify it. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account (phone, email, Google or Apple link).
  • Your profile: name, preferences, equipment, brew-reminder setting, coffee profile and totals.
  • Your brew journal, including every entry and its notes.
  • Your saved cafés and recipes.
  • Your registered devices and push-notification tokens.
  • Your photos: journal photos and your profile photo.

What is not deleted

  • Anonymous usage, crash and performance data collected by Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring. It is not linked to your account profile, is not removed by account deletion, and is kept under Google’s own retention settings.
  • Any email you send us, which we keep only as long as needed to handle your request.

Signing in again with the same phone number or email after deletion creates a new, empty account. See the Privacy Policy for what the app collects.
